Party FAQs
Everything you need to know about booking a VR party.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead for weekends and school holidays. Weekday slots are often available at shorter notice.
Can parents stay and watch?
Absolutely. Parents and guardians are welcome to stay throughout. We have seating areas with screens showing what the players are seeing.
What about children with SEND?
We're a SEND specialist organisation. Our staff are trained to adapt experiences for all abilities. Just let us know any requirements when booking.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes, you can bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks to the party area. We can also arrange catering for corporate events.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your party. Less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge.
Can you cater for large groups?
Yes! Our Truro venue can place up to 30 players into VR at once. For larger groups, we offer full venue hire for the ultimate VIP party experience. This gives you exclusive use of the entire venue including VR stations, console zone, HeroZone arena, and party area.
What types of VR are included in party packages?
Party packages can include a mix of VR arcade gaming, HeroZone free-roam arena, ARVI escape rooms, VR racing simulators, and console gaming depending on the venue. Our team will help you build the perfect combination for your group's ages and interests.
Which venue should I choose?
All five venues -- Truro, Plymouth, Exeter, Taunton, and Portsmouth -- offer excellent party experiences. Truro has the largest venue with twin free-roam arenas. Plymouth has racing simulators. Each venue has dedicated party hosts and flexible setups. Check the venue pages for specific facilities.
