Invoicing: AP services are invoiced monthly in arrears. Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in the service agreement.
Termination: Either party may terminate an AP placement with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to end a placement immediately if there is a serious safeguarding concern or if the placement is no longer safe or appropriate.
