Can I use a gift card at any venue?
Yes. Gift cards are valid at all five Player Ready venues: Plymouth, Exeter, Taunton, Truro, and Portsmouth.
What if the experience costs more than the gift card?
The recipient can pay the difference at the time of booking. Any remaining balance stays on the card for next time.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?
Unused gift cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact us for details.
